The tour was sold by DSBW. Host of Vanguartour. The tour was called Royal Portugal and Holidays in the Algarve. The trip was in June - July 2014. Tap Portugal is the worst airline. They delayed the flight by 5 and a half hours. Moreover, they kept me in the gate area at Domodedovo for an hour and a half. The crew was not on board. And at the airport, workers said they were constantly delaying flights. They have a bad reputation already. The flight back was delayed by a day. Complicating still the circumstance, which in tours I encounter for the first time. Even when they were taken on vacation in the Algarve, they did it without a guide. And they escorted tourists to the airport, also without a guide, without showing where everything is. There were only one drivers who do not always speak English. Brought in a hurry in the Algarve, abandoned without a guide. The meeting with the guide for the purchase of excursions from the Algarve is not organized at all. For some reason, I myself have to call and inform about my intention to go on excursions.

And I don't even have money on my phone. Were spent on calls due to the delay of the driver, who did not arrive on time to meet me from the excursion from Porto to the Lisbon bus station. The delay was 30 minutes. There are no complaints about the stories of guides in Lisbon. But the fact that a meeting with a hotel guide and accompaniment when moving is not organized is the first time I encounter and I hope that I will not see this anywhere else. Why buy a tour then? What's the point? So on the day of departure, they were also taken without a guide. We were told that the flight was canceled by phone upon arrival. And they offered to enter into negotiations with Tap Portugal!!!!! This is just outrageous!!!!!! Get off the bus and wait for the guide for another hour. An hour later the guide arrived, but what's the point, no protection of interests. Two more hours of talks by the guide at the airline's counter and all for nothing. Then waiting for the bus that will take you to the hotel, but where and when it will be taken is unknown. No information.

There is no haste from the airline workers. They were all purple, they also laughed. It was possible to find out that the crew signed the papers on the refusal of the flight. It's better not to know the reasons. We waited another 3 hours for the bus. In total, we waited 5 hours at the airport. There was nowhere to sit. The bus was served at 22:00. And they said that they would take me to a hotel, which is an hour and a half drive from Lisbon. in the city of Vimeiro. Well, nothing came close. We also sat on the bus. In general, the hotel was at 12 at night. How lovely! Whether in Vimeira, or in Maceira. What's the difference. It is not known when they will pick up. We found out the next day at 15:00. Here they are the only time when they were accurate and, after spending some more time in the bus on the runway, they let us on the plane, but the very next day, but at the same time. It was very nice. This is also the first time I encounter this in all the variety of travels. I saw Portugal, it doesn’t pull anymore.

I cannot recommend a holiday with DSBW in Portugal. Portuguese Airways is a total mess.
