I want to share my experience of booking a tour online.
There is always not enough time for anything, so I decided to book a tour to Cyprus online on the tour operator's website.
You sit at home or at work and make a reservation.

You don't need to go anywhere.
Fast, simple, affordable.
After booking, a link to your personal account was sent to your email address, where you can track the status of the application, correspond with the manager, pay for the tour with a card, documents are uploaded to your personal account in electronic form, from which they can be easily downloaded and printed - well, very convenient.
About the rest
I flew to the ADAMS 5 * hotel from 11.09 to 18.09.2016, I chose Ural Airlines flights, the flight is regular, the departure time, which is of great importance to me, should not change.
3 days before departure, my personal account received information that due to the optimization of the flight program on departure from Moscow, I was transferred to a flight of another airline - Yamal, but at the same time I was reimbursed the difference of 30 euros. I was upset, but agreed, there was nowhere to go, I wanted to relax. Also, as compensation, the tour operator staff reserved a seat in the 11th row with legroom for me on the plane - nice. The money was returned to the card. She flew back with Ural Airlines.
So I rated 2 airlines. Still, I liked the Ural ones better.
Quality of service, food, luggage up to 23 kg. per person...
Hotel ADAMS 5 * with a pleasant area, themed dinners in the restaurant every evening, there is a SPA center, I pampered myself with massages. The beach is private, but very small. Near the municipal beach Nissi Beach, if you wish, you can go there, but beach equipment for extra. fee.
Once I went for a walk in the center of Ayia Napa. I did not attend excursions, I just wanted to relax and not think about anything.
Regardless, I had a great time!
