I want to start my story with the fact that my friends bought tickets through a company for a ticket. rf.
My girlfriend and I also decided to purchase vouchers through this company, as it is written on the website (have an unforgettable vacation ..., the best price in the city), but once again I am convinced that you cannot believe everything that is written.
So, we bought vouchers on 03.05.16 from Natalya Vlaskova (I advise you not to go to this manager, but to bypass this company, as well as the company).
As this manager assured us, when paying 50% of the tour, the remaining amount that was underpaid will be recalculated at the Central Bank rate on the day of payment (like many other travel agents), if the amount is paid in full, then there will be no additional payment, the amount will not be recalculated, this will be the final amount. We consulted and decided to pay the entire amount in full, as the manager gave quite unambiguous arguments, tomorrow on 05/04/16 the euro exchange rate will rise in price by 3 rubles.
They paid and left happy. But..
The next day, we waited for an SMS from the tour operator that the tour was booked, but we didn’t wait, we thought it was a failure. The next day I received an SMS confirming the tour. Well, we think it's great. Then the manager calls and says: oh, you know, this is the situation, I have this for the first time in 4.5 years, in general, you will have to pay 5600, we ask why, because the phrase was announced that the amount will not change.
I forgot to add, when my girlfriend read the contract, there was a clause in it that the amount could be recalculated in case of currency appreciation by 2%, when the girl asked about this item, the manager said (literally): do not pay attention to this item if the amount is paid it doesn't work completely.
In general, word for word, I asked to give me the number of the manager, they told me that the company does not have the right to provide this number, I asked to be connected, I was connected to an incomprehensible employee Olga, who, apart from her name, did not introduce herself in any way, we talked, agreed that that she will watch the video from this salon and call me back after watching it: if the manager said so, then the company will pay this difference in the amount of 5600, if this was not said, I write a refusal and take the money minus the amount to be withheld by Biblioglobus at that time 20 euros.
I was waiting for a call all day, but I decided to go to the office and discuss it there, because there is no faith in this company anymore, they arrived and asked to connect with the mysterious employee Olga.
Then it was necessary to film this arrogance and deceit on camera.
The phone in the office was set quite loudly so that those sitting next to us (us) could hear what the conversation was about.
Olga asks: was there such a phrase or not, Natalya answers the phone: I didn’t say that, for sure! In response, we heard: good, after which they handed the phone to me.
Olga says: so and so, I watched the video and made sure that there was no such phrase, I say, what was it, to which I received a comical answer: And you, what else, you decided to check me, I answered: no ! Did you even watch this post? Olga said: I looked and didn’t see anything there, be glad that you will receive the money in full, minus a fine of 20 euros - (at their exchange rate 1550 rubles). To which I could only answer, you will not make money on deceiving customers, goodbye! Finished the application for a refund and left.
I am not writing out of malice, but only to warn you that this is what happens.
Now, the situation in this market is difficult and everyone survives as best they can, someone like this ((
It is better to buy tours in trusted companies, and this one will close today or tomorrow.
Moreover, so many firms closed in 2015 and continue to close. Blatant lies to the face always start in companies that end badly (remember the PPT company and how people got their cars there).
All conversations are recorded on the phone and video from the salon, too, as I was assured in the company, and if the management still wants to check whether this whole situation really happened or not, they will look, but, I think, they will slow everything down.
