Julia Travel managers are lying!!!!

To begin with, when buying a tour, the managers of "Julia Travel" were very courteous and affectionate with us and voiced conditions that were very tempting for us, but as soon as we paid the cost of the tour, they forgot about us immediately and for a long time. Judge for yourself: we paid for tour 11.04, departure was supposed to be 21.04. at 9.30 in the morning, for 10 days in Egypt. 19.04 (that is, eight days later) I began to worry why none of Julia wants to contact us and at least tell us the situation. I decided to call myself. Our manager's name was Alexander, I invited him to the phone, to which they answered me. that he is busy and will call me back himself. Two hours later there was no call, but I decided not to wonder and bring this situation to its logical end. it became unpleasant to giggle at me like that.

So we talked with Victoria five times (every hour), but Alexander was still not released. And when I asked to change our manager or invite someone competent "administrator" to the phone, Victoria said that they don’t have such people, but there is only always busy Alexander. Finally, at 18.00 I got through to our manager (I started calling at 18.00). Alexander said that everything is OK, 20.04 he will send me tickets, a voucher for settling in and insurance for soap, and once again announced our departure time - 9.30 am on 21.04. I calmed down and began to meekly wait, but as it turned out in vain! On April 20, we were informed that our departure time was not 9.30, but as much as 16.30 (the difference is 7 hours). There is no chapel for my indignations !!! We will arrive there at night and go to bed culturally, although we were initially voiced completely different prospects !!! For such a tour for such grandmas (46,000 for 9 days in EGYPT), in an honest situation, I would not immediately agree, and would find another country. So think about whether it is worth going to these rogues !!!
