I agree with the review of alexbel_ua, but I will write my own story:

It all started in mid-March, when we started preparing for the vacation and choosing a resort. We chose a tour through the local Gorlovka Travel Agent, who bought the tour from ALF TOURIST OPERATOR LLC (hereinafter referred to as the non-Tour Operator), but we learned about this much later, this is so, by the way.

We decided on Bulgaria, Golden Sands, from 04/30/13 to 05/13/13. March 20 paid money for the tour and for visas. The route, as alexbel_ua described, started from Kyiv, but due to the fact that we did not have time to arrive in Kyiv by 8:00, we agreed that we could be picked up from Odessa (we managed to arrive in Odessa by 15:00). So, on April 30, we should be in Odessa, respectively, in advance (a month in advance, through friends on the railway, because there were no tickets on sale anymore) we buy tickets for April 29, and back from Odessa for May 14.

On April 26 (3 days before departure!) we are informed that the tour operator is changing the terms of the tour, and that they will not be able to pick us up from Bulgaria on May 13, so we must either reduce the tour to 9 days, and we will be refunded 165 euros (for 4 days ), or extend up to 15 days, paying extra 210 euros (for 3 days). However, the contract has not yet been finalized. What to do? Refuse or take 9 or 15 days? Visas have already been paid for three people. Panic! As a result, we pay extra for 15 days, we conclude an agreement on 04/26/13. Until that time, have already been prepared and

the Voucher and Insurance were transferred to us, only with the initial credit - for 13 days. Accordingly, we were forced to return tickets from Odessa on May 14, and buy on May 16 from Kyiv, because. under the contract, they bring us to Kyiv (they don’t go through Odessa anymore), naturally they lost the difference on booking, 25 hryvnias per ticket, and there are four of us. This is the first impression of a non-tour operator.

Further, the departure from Odessa and the trip were well described in his review by our colleague in misfortune - alexbel_ua. From myself I will add that the whole road to the border was continuous shaking. It feels like the bus passed the shock absorber test in curb weight. Tin. We got more places: opposite each other, and a table between us. What the hell is he for? It is almost impossible to eat on the bus, and you can’t put things on the table either - in such shaking everything shatters from the table. Since the bus, as already mentioned by alexbel_ua, was 2-story, we traveled on the 1st floor, and we did not have luggage shelves on top. They shoved hand luggage wherever possible

it was: at the feet under the table, behind the seats, - at the same time, the drivers were still indignant at us that their things with documents were lying there, and it was inappropriate to shove our bags there!

I will not delve into the trip, it is well described in the review by alexbel_ua. Finally, we arrived at the hotel. Well, how about the hotel? Stopped on the road, not far from the hotel. In all normal travel agencies, tourists are brought to the entrance of the hotel, but the drivers of our under-tour operator said that our MegaBus could not drive up to the hotel, and our manager Elena and the meeting party "Solvex" Vladimir (who arrived on a moped to the bus) poked us a finger, in which way should we go to the hotel (Vladimir also could not take us to the hotel, because he had to meet other tourists). Well? We had a last fight, took things, a child, and trudged to the hotel - fortunately not far. I also forgot to add that the converted Voucher was handed to us already on the bus, but there was no Insurance, they were not handed over - sadness.

Next 15 days of pleasure from the rest, but this will already be in the recall to the hotel.

On the penultimate day before departure, May 14, our adventures continue. We have zero information on leaving. We call up the person who is supposed to pick us up, Vladimir from Alfa Holiday. He reports that tomorrow, May 15, at 15:00 we have to wait for the bus at the bus stop near the Resort Directorate! Class! Of course, I know where this Directorate is, and it will not be difficult for us with bags in our hands and backpacks on our backs to get to it! Pick up a tourist from a hotel? No, we haven't heard... But that's not the most interesting thing. Randomly, I logged into Skype in the evening, and I receive a message from Elena's manager that the check-out conditions have already CHANGED, and I need to be in touch tomorrow morning. Well, I'm on Skype at 9:15, asking for changes. At 10:30 I waited for an answer: departure at 14:15, stop near the Resort Administration, bus such and such. It turns out that our bus, for which I called yesterday and found out, had already left last night. And today another bus picks us up. Our attempts to force the bus to pick us up, if not from the hotel, then at least from the barrier on the road where we were dropped off, turned out to be futile. And for finishing off at 11:30 we get a "grenade" - the bus goes to Odessa! WTF!!!??? Oo We have tickets on hand from Kyiv! But under the tour operator, it does not care. He had a force majeure. Please book tickets from Odessa - this is not in their competence. We ask: "A regular bus? Why not to Kyiv, as indicated in the contract, but to Odessa? Why can't they pick us up at least from the barrier?quot; After all, he will drive along this road past our hotel! And we are dragging along the road, with bags and a child, for more than a kilometer. "No, the bus is not a scheduled bus, it is the bus of our partners," Elena answered. Well, yes, of course ... As a result, it turned out to be a regular bus Varna-Odessa. But as the manager Elena answered us - "say thank you for bringing you to Ukraine at all."

They got on the bus. They breathed a sigh of relief. A driver comes up, asks for documents to fill in the lists ... and money for the ride! Another shock! Why is there a shock, we are just in @ dick !!! We still have to pay 365 UAH per person, which is 1460 UAH. But there is no money ... and the phone has also run out to send an SOS signal to someone. Our tour is paid for almost 13500 UAH. We decide to leave at the Romanian border, contact the Police, the Embassy ... We are tuned in to continue the "fun holiday". Inside, not only is everything pounding, it’s already sickening. We will explain everything to the driver, he is also surprised. He says they just booked places for you, that's all. We asked to call, with those who booked, to find out for payment. After a while, he returned, they said they would transfer the money for us upon arrival in Odessa.

Upon arrival in Odessa, they handed over Kiev tickets, lost another 40 UAH per ticket. Thank God, there were places to leave Odessa on the same day.

On the sim, the hilarious stories with Alf the tourist under-operator are coming to an end. From myself, we wish them all the worst, and that they work as little as possible in the tourism business market, and that as few tourists as possible use their services!
