Montenegro is beautiful! Organization for four

I have known the Russian Express for a long time, so we booked a trip to Montenegro through them. For some reason, this time we encountered incomprehensible pricing - everything on the site - in fact there are no such prices, and overestimation begins - "our rooms are over in this hotel, but there are rooms at a price of +200 euros" .. or it is not clear why several times the price simply increased from the free ... As a result, the amount grows noticeably, or the employees try to offer some hotels that they need to sell. Previously, such problems with this tour operator did not arise - all this was very surprising. As they explained, apologetically, this year it is very difficult to confirm hotels, as there are many tourists and not enough for everyone ... But, after long bookings, we still bought a tour to the city of Budva, to Villa Todorovic.

As for the flights - everything was on time and good. Upon arrival, for the first time in our lives, we were faced with the situation that the transfer did not arrive for us on time.

As the employee who met us explained, the bus broke down in the mountains. We ended up waiting for an hour for a replacement.

In general, the holiday went well. We didn’t take excursions from the tour operator, but here, I don’t know, maybe in vain, since the difference between street prices and the prices for excursions from the tour operator is small - but as for the quality, you need to be very careful and immediately find out some points. This time we regretted that we had bought a big sightseeing tour of the Montenegrin canyons in a street agency - firstly, we were deceived with buses - they promised us a Mercedes, and an old wreck arrived, which also had a broken air conditioner - as a result, an emergency service was called on the road who made it. Secondly, and this is the most important!! - our guide was a local girl who distorted absolutely all Russian words - it was simply impossible to listen to her !!

And, thirdly, for some reason they put 4 English-speaking tourists to us, and she also duplicated the tour for them in the same broken English !! It was terrible!! Ruined day! I don't know how the "Russian Express" is doing in this regard, but I think that there are at least normal guides there!! And the buses are probably better! So be careful when choosing so that your vacation is not overshadowed by such moments.

And Montenegro itself, of course, is beautiful and picturesque, there are a lot of beautiful places that you should definitely visit - these are canyons and monasteries (Ostrog, Moraca, Cetinje), Mount Lovcen and the Bay of Kotor. I did not even expect that such a small country would amaze me with the beauty of nature. My husband and I just fell in love with Montenegro!!!
