Before the holidays, my boyfriend and I carefully chose a hotel and a tour operator through which we could relax without any problems. And what we got as a result: flight delay for 7 hours, instead of flying out at 19:00, we flew out at 2 am the next day and settled in the room after 12 hours, draw a conclusion in what condition we were. We called the travel agency in Moscow, through which we bought a ticket. They tried to contact the tour operator Sanmar and clarify the situation with the reason for not checking us into the chosen hotel. We were only allowed to check in after 2 days. But as it turned out, the tour operator Sanmar does not work on Sunday and his numbers do not answer, and charters from them fly several times a day. How to resolve emerging issues, even if there is no hotline for tourists?!
