We turned to the TUI office in Mytishchi, namely to Inna gene. the director of the company that is the franchisee of this tour operator. A year ago, I already encountered not very good feedback in this travel agency, they never sent tour options to email, and in the office they said that there was no time to communicate now and let us send you. And then silence...
This time we still went there, although we didn’t really want to. But it was necessary to buy a honeymoon tour, time was running out, and this is the nearest agency, and we already knew what we wanted, we just had to find an intermediary for registration. In vain, after 15 minutes of communication, I did not get up and left, although I really wanted to.
We bought a tour to a country where TUI itself does not fly and therefore looked at other operators.
Inna did her best to hide the prices for the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, quickly scrolling the page so that we would not notice the options that were acceptable to us, and said that there were only very high prices, knowing that they would not suit us. And she offered her own options, which are less convenient for us in terms of dates and prices (by the way, I came home and immediately opened the site, there were excellent prices with guaranteed confirmation, which, apparently, they didn’t show us on purpose). If I could simply refuse to sell this operator, we would not waste our time!
As a result, we insisted on our own and bought the same tour to the country we needed. I really regret buying through them. We were already on edge and I just didn’t want to get on my nerves and go somewhere else.
As a result, we were asked to inform the operator that we were newlyweds. Inna promised that everything would be ok. 4 days before departure - reminded. She said she would report again. As a result, upon arrival, of course, it turned out that the hotel did not know anything about it.
. And for other newlyweds, it was written right in the voucher that they were newlyweds. The hotel is very large and thus we wanted a better room and not at the very end of the territory. It took a lot of nerves and time (thanks to the Jamaican guide for helping us with this) to change the room. Because Initially, the room was given with a terrible view of the noisy path. It was impossible to sleep even after a long 12 hour flight.
Neither I, nor my relatives, who regularly bought tours there, go to the office of this company anymore. Of course, Inna refuses and says that she told the operator everything, but why didn’t she then check the vouchers for a note?! She also forgot that we asked to send the documents to the post office before departure and sat waiting for us to pick them up.
By the way, when we first came to them a couple of years ago, the girl from this company did not even know what country Sharm El Sheikh was in, it’s a shame not to know Egypt while working in such a business!
