for the first and last time I used the "services" of "natal tour" (hereinafter - NT)

I bought the tour personally in Moscow at the "branded agency" NT on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, from the manager listed on their website as the "best manager of 2010 and the month" Bogomolova Nadezhda,

apparently she "pushs" the tours like on a conveyor belt, and then - "the grass does not grow"

tour - Thailand, Phuket ... began with the fact that upon arrival at the hotel we were not provided with a pre-booked (!) And confirmed (!) Room, but were given a different, lower category and cost, a guide attached to our the hotel managed to find the "Biblio-Globus" with the help of guides (the girls were very polite and helped us both with the local phone and communication with the hotel manager at the reception while waiting for the arrival of the NT guide) ... he appeared only after 1.5 hours, for this time we managed to call the agency in Moscow and report the fact of changing the number ...

upon arrival, the NT guide "chewed snot" for a long time, pretended to be in telephone conversations with someone in order to find out the reason for this overlay ... in the end it was said - settle where they give ... rooms of your category will not be released in the near future, all claims, they say, contact the agency where you bought the tour ... we never saw him again ... only a fax slipped under the door with the date and time of transfer to the airport on the eve of returning to Moscow ...

upon arrival, he filed a claim with the NT office on Kutuzovsky ... manager Bogomolova was not there that day and another manager, Tamara, accepted the claim ... according to the contract, they had to give a response to the claim within 10 days ...

but even after 20 days, no one from NT bothered to call or somehow inform about the reason for the delay in responding to the claim and / or the stage of its consideration, the manager Bogomolova was never in place, other employees, as soon as they heard my name and the purpose of the call immediately began to be rude and hung up in irritation, no one gives any answers on the NT hotline, somehow knocked out the claims department phone from them, but even there some rude person, without even introducing herself, simply sent "don't call here again , no one will give you any answers on the phone, and (again) contact the agency where you bought the tour "... in the agency - as usual, either the manager is not there, or she is busy and, like, will call back ... no one has ever called back ... as a result, more than a month later, a letter arrived in the mail with a (ridiculous) amount of compensation of 4.5 thousand rubles and ...

I call the agency again, Bogomolova is finally there, I say: I will come to you today for money ... and in response: "but the money is not with us, but in the accounting department" ...

me: where is the bookkeeping?

manager: I don’t know, they were at the same address at first, and then they moved, it seems to be to another, I’ll find out and call you back ..

yeah ... right now ... it took another 5 days to "recognize the address and phone number" and again NOT ONE bastard from NT called or apologized .. I had to call the NT office for the umpteenth time already ..

and again - there is no manager ... but at least they gave the phone number and address of the accounting department ... and they work from 10 to 18 ...

hmm... but I also work from 9 to 18

answer: these are your problems, you need it - you ask for leave and hang up ...

SUMMARY: NT employees are nice and helpful until the moment when your money for the tour has migrated from your pocket to theirs, then they no longer need or are interested in you ...
