06/18/2017 purchased a combined tour Israel (9 days) - Jordan (3 days) for the month of September. I have a vacation in October, but the travel agency staff advised me to buy a tour from September 23, because. there were discounts at that time. I agreed, agreed at work to postpone the vacation, paid for the entire tour in full, provided all the necessary documents. I want to note right away that my husband and I never buy a beach holiday, only sightseeing tours and we chose this travel agency because we really wanted to visit Jordan, and there are not so many combined tours, especially here we immediately ordered excursions there, where we wanted. At the end of August, the travel agency employees tell me that instead of Jordan we will have a vacation on the Red Sea, because. they have force majeure. As it turned out, these circumstances turned out to be an annual day off in Israel, when transport does not work.

Apparently, an employee of the travel agency forgot about this, and when she began to book excursions, it turned out that on the day of departure to Jordan, transport does not work. I said that I don’t need a tour without Jordan, and I don’t want to go to the Red Sea at all, that I agree to postpone the tour for any period: for a week, for two, for three, but Jordan must be mandatory. By the way, we lived in Netanya, and all excursions in Israel were booked from there. I was promised to postpone the date of the tour, but then it turned out that we were ordered non-refundable plane tickets and, apparently, the travel agency did not want to suffer losses. Therefore, as a result of numerous disputes, instead of 3 days in Jordan, we were left with only one - a visit to Petra. Moreover, from Netanya, with two transfers with things, we had to go to Eilat (this is more than 300 kilometers), from there for 1 day to Petra, and the next day again to Netanya.

Instead of 2 nights in a 4-star hotel in Amman, we were given a 3-star hotel in Eilat for 2 nights, instead of $ 60 for a Jordanian visa (I was warned about this in advance), we were charged $ 125. In total, instead of 3 days in Jordan for $330 + $60, it turned out to be 1 day for $330 + $125. In addition, we arrived in Israel at 5-25 in the morning and that day we were going to just relax, but we were rescheduled for the excursion for that day. And after a sleepless night at 7-40 in the morning the bus came for us. We barely had time to leave our things at the hotel. And from the planned excursions, a tour of Tel Aviv was never provided to us. After arrival, I sent a claim to the travel agency, where I did not demand any compensation, either material or moral. I was just hoping for an apology. But instead of an apology, almost an accusation.

They didn’t have a “number” with force majeure, "so they told me that they provided me with all the reliable information about the country, for which I have a document issued to me by the travel agency about false, false information: this document says that the day off Yom Kippur falls on October 11-12, so I want to warn all tourists: save your nerves and money, find another travel agency.
