I want to share my opinion about the Ark Pilgrimage Service! Never buy from them! Companies like this should go bust! Everything is done not for people, but to the detriment of people! On August 4, 2012, she went on a pilgrimage trip Godenovo-Pereslavl-Zalessky (from Moscow). Near metro station Krasnoselskaya, we pilgrims were put into a very old dirty bus in which:
1) The smell of gasoline and exhaust was so strong that it was impossible to breathe without an open sunroof and open doors (yes... we were driving with open doors!)
2) The windshield on the bus near the driver's seat had a huge crack (no one bothered to replace it)
3) Two drivers of Caucasian nationality who do not speak Russian, do not know the road and do not even have a map with them. (when we were driving to Godenovo, they went on the navigator not along the main road, but into a detour, thereby losing time)
4) In a heat of 30 degrees, the stove worked at full capacity on the bus (instead of the promised air conditioner)
5) The microphone for the tour guide did not work (there was no) on the bus, not to mention the TV ...
And we were in this hell all day long. From the smell of gasoline and exhaust gases in the cabin, after a few hours, my head began to hurt. Some pilgrims simply passed out... So that people would not suffocate at all, the drivers opened the door in the middle of the bus and we were driving with open doors and a working stove in 30-degree heat, in a draft... All thoughts were not about excursions and prayers, but about how to return home without meningitis. I had to wear a jacket and a hood over my head, the wind was so strong in the cabin.
When referring to the guide and drivers about how it is possible to go somewhere on such junk, there is zero reaction. Nobody needs us pilgrims. And this is a company that positions itself as a "pilgrimage". No shame, no conscience!
SHAME THE LEADER OF THE ARK! HE WILL BE REWARDED FOR SUCH ATTITUDE TO PEOPLE, GOD SEES EVERYTHING!
