Hello, I finally gathered my strength after the rest and decided to write a review about it. In principle, the review is not about the rest as such, but about the travel agency "SWEET TOUR" (address: Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, 47, office 3) and the tour operator "PEGAS TOURISTIK". Remember these names and NEVER refer to them if you want to have a good rest. rn September 2010 (in advance) took vacation packages to Turkey (PGS WORLD PALACE 5 * hotel - not bad, you can go) from 10/14/10 to 10/20/10 - only 7 days 6 nights. Never taken for such a short period. but it was all about work. In the travel agency "SWEET TOUR" (why I was brought there - I still can't understand and my husband has already exhausted my whole soul with this) they were kindly received (Lured), they chose a hotel together, they offered a departure time to choose from - 04.00, 06.00, 06.20, 11.20 .rnWe chose 04.00 - the rest is short and we didn't want to waste days. Paid. The next day we were confirmed the departure time.rn13.10.
10 (on the day before departure) Tatiana, the manager of the "SWEET TOUR" travel agency, called us and said in a joyful voice that our flight was rescheduled for 15.40 (20 minutes to 12 hours), i.е. a day of rest was taken away from us, but, excuse me, it is almost 6,000 = 00. I asked to do something with the departure - early. But before our arrival at the office, neither Tatyana nor LOVE (director of the agency) did anything. Yes, they "understood, regretted" us, but they didn't do anything until I insisted. "It doesn't depend on us, but on the tour operator (which is PEGAS TOURISTIK)". As a result, they brought me to tears, there was no longer any desire to rest, they called security !!! to expel me and my husband from the office. rnMore about "PEGAS TOURISTIK" - the above practice of rescheduling flights (theft of vacation days and tourists' money) is NORMAL for them !!!! But this is theft, and this is a criminal offense.
rnYes, the flight was a charter one, but when we rest 2 times a year we always fly charter flights (other tour operators) - they never transferred anything to us, especially so many hours, everything was always on schedule. Instead of 09.00 we arrived at the hotel at 20.55. With a return flight, it’s even better - instead of 15.00 they flew out at 20.40, they flew to Moscow not at 19.00, but at 01.00 - I had to take a taxi, we were at home at 03.00, and the next day I went to work (without sleep). rnSummary: in the travel agency "SWEET TOUR" (address: Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, 47, office 3) and in the tour operator "PEGAS TOURISTIK" NON-PROFESSIONALS, THIVES AND BOODS work!!!
