I bought a tour to China on December 18, 17. The day before they called, they said "the flight is postponed to December 22." I was upset, because the suitcase was packed, respectively, the plans are different .... but what to do I waited and again on the eve of December 21 they said the tour was canceled!
I wrote a request for a refund and have been waiting for a month and a half. I went to the office, they were rude, rude, kicked out. Money is not given.
Will have to sue.
