I hope my review will help many people avoid what happened to me and my girlfriend.
We bought a tour in the UAE from 14/04/12 to 21/04/12 at the travel agency "Orbita Tour" (Ufa) from the tour operator "Natalie Tours". For our part, they paid on time, provided documents for obtaining a visa. On the eve of departure on 04/13/12, the manager of the travel agency called us, said that everything was fine, visas were received and we needed to arrive at the airport for registration two hours before departure.
On the day of departure (three hours before check-in), the manager of the ill-fated travel agency called me and said that the visa was obtained not for me, but for my namesake. I arrived at the airport, representatives of "Natalie Tours" gave me an information letter stating that a visa had not been received for me and they did not recommend me to fly without a visa. They promised to send it on the next flight, and my friend was forced to fly alone.
On Monday 16/04/12 I arrived at the travel agency, where they handed me my visa WITH THE DATE OF ISSUE 14/04/12 (i.e.
visa was issued on the day of departure).
The tour operator "Natalie Tours" offered me to fly on 04/18/12 from Samara (I live in Ufa and the tour was purchased with a departure from Ufa), I was offered to get to Samara on my own. Incredible impudence instead of a paid tour for 8 days, I was asked to fly to Dubai for 2 days.
The travel agency did not offer me insurance against non-departure, moreover, when I asked the manager a question about this insurance, I was told: "Why spend money on this, there have never been visa denials in the UAE and delays"
Thus, my long-awaited vacation was disrupted due to the carelessness and neglect of their duties by the employees of the ORBIT TOUR travel agency and the TOUR OPERATOR NATALIE TOURS, not to mention the stress experienced and the resulting hypertensive crisis.
No one has apologized to me, and they refuse to return the money by peaceful means.
