* ADVICE TO ALL WHO PLANNING A TOUR: FIRST READ THE REVIEWS OF TOURISTS WHO WAS AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR IN THIS COUNTRY, READ WHICH TOUR OPERATOR LEADS IN THIS COUNTRY ON POSITIVE FEEDBACK. AFTER CHOOSE A COUNTRY, READ IMMEDIATELY WHERE AND WHERE THE PLACE, SHOP, ATTRACTION IS. BECAUSE WI-FI DOES NOT CATCH EVERYWHERE!

We bought a ticket at the travel agency BOUTIQUE TRAVEL (Sochi, Navaginskaya st. 9, 3rd floor) from Tatyana to celebrate the New Year in Italy. It all started so beautifully ... Only we at BOUTIQUE TRAVEL were not warned about many things, and some moments alerted me after we had already bought a ticket and began to look for information about our tour operator and the trip itself.

1.) The free tour to San Marino fell on January 1st at 09.40 am. Fine? When all outlets and shops are closed, and even in the morning, although it takes 30 minutes to go. All this on purpose, so that no one went.

I wrote to the PAC GROUP office about the possibility of rescheduling this tour at least until January 2, since our purpose of the trip is shopping. PAC GROUP did not answer. But they called me from BOUTIQUE TRAVEL and explained the situation that PAC GROUP does not communicate directly with customers, only through a travel agency. And that supposedly we can ask another group to go on December 29th. To which, at the place of arrival, our guide Tina said that the excursions were scheduled, the seats on the bus too, so on January 1, of course, we just didn’t go with them to the city where everything would be closed !!!

2.) Also, BOUTIQUE TRAVEL did not warn us that for 2 years now, as in Italy, upon arrival from each tourist, the hotel takes from 1.5-2.5 euros per day per person (the price depends on the level of the hotel) tax for staying in the country. To be, of course, not fatal, but the extra spending, of course, is not pleasant to anyone!

3.) On the Internet, after the purchase, I read a lot about PAC GROUP, that the worst tour operator and upon arrival we were convinced of this !!!!!

GUYS - NEVER Agree to travel without knowing which hotel you will be taken to, especially in Europe, especially in Rimini. Because this is a real pig in a poke, which then will result in a very bad vacation for you !!! What happened to us...

We flew to the airport of Verona ... 3.5 hours on the bus to Rimini (moreover, at one of the stops, the driver himself detained us - he went for wine, okay?). Arriving at our “like a hotel” called LOSSANA ( http://www.losannahotel.com/ they made a wonderful site, it’s a paradise for a vacationer!) At first, we reacted well: a small guest house, seemingly nothing like that, it seemed normal 3 * , Russian at the reception, there is wi-fi. We took shape and went to the room ... And then they were shocked when they entered the room !!!

There are tiles on the floor and not a single rug (after that, PAC GROUP told me that you can throw towels under your feet if it's cold ... Yeah, and then people wipe their faces and wipe them :///); all the furniture is killed; tiles in the shower in pieces; the window in the shower did not close, which made it unrealistically cold; the light shone so dimly that when you were in the room in the evening, your eyes were very tired; there is no duvet cover (to which PAC GROUP told me that in Rimini, it turns out that duvet covers are not provided in the rooms); no slippers, no shampoos, only soap; the TV remote control was not found, most likely they are hidden in order to save money; but most importantly, the air conditioner was at 20 degrees, i.e. taking off our coats, we just chattered our teeth on the tiles, despite the fact that we did not take off our boots.

We went downstairs as a group and asked to make the rooms warm, to which a Russian-speaking woman explained the situation to us that in Rimini in the winter, according to fire safety, they do not have the right to make the air conditioner more than 20 degrees. We said, give us heaters then? There is not! The most interesting thing is that it is warm on the 1st floor, and we have to freeze! They asked to change the room with the next one, because for the two of us with a suitcase, there was simply no place to turn around. I gave a slightly larger number, but with the same atmosphere. In short, we slept in clothes, didn’t wash, because if I washed my hair and went out into these 20 degrees, in fact it was 16-18 degrees, because our window didn’t close, on the tile - I would just lie down with fever and pneumonia! Their blankets are as thin as a blanket. We simply did not use them, because. sense from them - 0, despite the fact that they still stink and there were no duvet covers!!!!

Their bed is like a double for a couple, these are shifted odnushki creaky! We went down to breakfast the next morning, laughed (because it was from what was offered: sausage, crackers, jam, milk, cereal) and went to the room, thinking what to do !!!! We decided to go to PAC GROUP with the demand that we be relocated at least to a nearby hotel, where, according to our friends, it is warm, but there is no TV. We do not need TV, we would at least wash ourselves and go out into the warmth, so as not to freeze! For a long time they tried to explain to the PAC GROUP representative that these conditions were unbearable for staying seven days in winter, for which the agent Lilia gave us a bunch of excuses, she went to the hotel herself, supposedly to measure the temperature. While she was traveling, we called PAC GROUP in Moscow, the embassy: to which the embassy told us that you were calling the representative of the travel agent in Moscow. Calling the travel agency in Moscow, we were offered to move to another hotel at our expense, and then after the rest - to personally contact their agency in Moscow.

Here are the jokers. I have nothing to do, travel around Moscow, write letters of happiness to them !!! Later, Lilya arrived, said that everything was cool, they made it warm. Go rest! We went to the hotel. They made the heat 2 degrees higher. But believe me, it didn't get any easier for us. As we later found out, this hotel was opened on the day of arrival for our group of 8 people. And in order to save money, do not turn on the heat! Super! What money was paid for, it is not clear !!!

Thinking that health and the remaining 6 days are more expensive, we went through all the hotels on the coast of Rimini and realized that the 3 * in which PAC GROUP settled us and 3 * that actually exist along the Rimini coast are heaven and earth. LOSSANA is not 3* in everything, but 1* and a half!!!! There are a lot of cool 3 * hotels from 21 to 12 stops. Just proceeding from the fact that it was already December 29 - there were practically no rooms in many good and inexpensive hotels. We found on the first line and not far from Piazza Federico Fellini (where NG is traditionally met) the Ambasciatori 4 * hotel.

At the reception there was a Russian administrator Natalya, to whom we are undoubtedly THANKFUL for finding us a good room, telling and showing where and where everything is, and her previous shift friend gave us a discount on accommodation in the region of 150 euros.

About the hotel: a traditional good hotel, with everyday no complaints - room cleaning, which we did not even have time to understand when the maid had time to come in and clean. Delicious breakfast: hot dish, 10 types of muesli, cheeses, sausages, fruits, yoghurts, juices. Large and soft bed (there is even a duvet cover, probably to the surprise of PAS GROUP). Very warm and cozy, and there were no fire safety regulations with air conditioning at 20 degrees, as much as they wanted, they set the temperature that much. The hotel is located near cafes and a supermarket. The staff is very friendly!

When there is something to compare to a person, he will never agree to this nightmare. Okay, we paid 31 tr.

per person for this tour, and in our group for this hotel, many paid 42 tr. per person!!! Poor people, PAC GROUP makes a fool of himself. They push 1* like 3*. And 2* is like 4*. Therefore, my advice to you is not to take tours without knowing in advance where you will be accommodated. And if you want to have a cheap rest, then only not in winter (although in summer it’s probably not AH in this hotel, given that an ancient fan hangs on the ceiling and they will simply say that for the same security purposes - the air conditioner cannot be turned on in summer - it will knock out traffic jams and you will be left without light at all !!!). Or take a heater with you, as the pensioners from the next room did. Also, as an option, my grandmother suggested that, so as not to catch a cold in the lower abdomen, pour hot water into a bottle and put it when I go to bed !!! Thanks for the advice :-DDD. But it is better that we bought less clothes, but lived, slept, ate in comfortable conditions. And they washed and washed their hair, unlike other tourists from our group.

To each his own - but I'm more with a pig in a poke, and even more so with PAC GROUP I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN !!!!!

In addition to this, of course, I can talk a lot and for a long time about: how PAC GROUP collects tips from tourists on the bus to the driver; as in conflict-drunk situations from Russian-redneck tourists - PAC GROUP agents Vera and Lyudmila pretended that everything was fine and everything would fall apart by itself, and the whole bus was sitting waiting for the old drunk grandfather to calm down or buy another bottle of wine at the next stop ; what kind of rotten excursions do they offer (we didn’t go on a walking tour of the center of Rimini, because we were looking for a normal hotel; everything seemed to start successfully in Venice at 05.00? departure from Rimini, but the departure was delayed due to a drunken brawl; as I said we did not go to San Marino on January 1 at 09.

40 in the morning, but we went by bus on January 3, when everything was open and 40% on all things, points; and they themselves went on their present ticket to the Park "Italy in Miniatures"); I’m generally silent about the wire to the airport of our group ... they didn’t show where to go, they didn’t explain that the departure time at the airport was already indicated by our time, but we thought according to them, and accordingly that the flight was delayed by 3 hours (this is the time difference between Italy and Russia), as a result, the bus brought confused tourists from the airport to the plane 3 times, and grandma and grandpa, who came in last, we all waited an hour and a half for the flight, flew home at 02.30 at night; how they intimidate tourists before they even cross the threshold of the bus, that in no case do not buy excursions from tour operators along the coast of Rimini, that they will bring you and you will be terrified. Nothing like this!

The owners of travel agencies that have an office on the coast, a special car and a program, are just waiting for the victims to bring them somewhere))). Laugh in short! We went to the outlets of Rimini and San Marino with an excellent guide Svetlana from Lana Tour (her phone: + 39 328 977 49 02). They took us there and back for free where we needed to go. You ask again: for free? Yes, absolutely free. Because, after your purchase, the shopper will receive% of the amount of the items you bought! Therefore, all the noodles that PAC GROUP hangs for people who come to Italy for the first time, you can freely remove and say that you yourself can travel freely, knowing elementary English, which we did! The second part of the holiday (after moving to a good hotel and giving up PAC GROUP's noodles) went much better and more enjoyable. Have a good rest and read the reviews of tourists in advance ;-)
