NEVER HOLIDAY WITH A PEGASUS!!!

We rested with a family of three adults in Turkey from 07/18 to 07/29/2015. We have never had such a lousy vacation. We booked a tour with a licensed representative of Pegas LLC Tuzemka. Pegasus was specially chosen, because before that they always rested with them and there were no problems. But not this time... Booked a tour for 11 days and 10 nights. Flights according to the itinerary receipts issued upon signing the contract to Antalya on 07/18/2015 at 04:00, back on 07/29/2015 at 12:40. It was these flights that were booked with the expectation that upon arrival, immediately run to the beach and before departure from the morning for the last time to plunge into the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea.

On July 18, after checking the Sheremetyevo scoreboard on the Internet, at 01:00, in full readiness, outrageously satisfied, they arrived at the airport. We are waiting ... After 1 hour we understand - something is wrong. They announced boarding for flights that depart after us, and we are all waiting ... We rushed to the representative of Pegasus at the airport.

A young man who is absolutely not interested in us, practically yawning: “The flight has been rescheduled for 16:00. Didn't they call you? Well, wait then." No, imagine they didn't call! Wait 12 hours?! Are you joking?! Fortunately, we live nearby, jumped into a taxi and went to bed. Before departure, we managed to go to Tuzemka LLC with the question of how we would be compensated for 12 hours of flight delay, to which we received the answer: “no way, the tour is calculated at nights, not days.” Dear Tatyana Ivanovna Podkovalnikova, being the general director of her low-grade LLC, they could have read the contract that they gave us to sign! In clause 5.2 of which it is written verbatim “The terms of the tour are calculated in days, the start of the tour is the moment of registration of plane tickets”! Is there a conscience? Pegasus, why are you handing out licenses to everyone?! At least they checked the knowledge of the text of the treaty.

Okay, after paying for a taxi for the third time, we boarded the plane and flew in.

Transfer… What bottle of water was mentioned in other posts?! We were offered them for a dollar for 2 bottles of 0.33!

We arrived at the hotel at 23:00. And here's a surprise: there are no free rooms in the Terrace Room (which we paid for) ... Great?! And this despite the fact that the room ordered for us had to wait for us from 14:00 and was fully paid for by us on that day. We spent the night in a small room, in which, after the installation of a folding bed, there was only one solid bed and an uncleaned dirty toilet with a shower. Fu ... an abomination, still shakes up. In fact, we settled in the room we ordered and paid for only on 08/19/2015 at 12:00. To whom did we then pay for the room for a day from 14:00 on 07/18/2015 to 12:00 on 07/19/2015????

Meeting with a hotel guide is just a fairy tale! Tour ads only! About the hotel, where everything is, some recommendations - not a word! In general, work on the principle: “drive the money, gentlemen, and your problems are your problem”!

Even after asking questions, there was no clear answer. They wrote a claim to Pegasus about the delay in departure and check-in to the room, gave it to the hotel guide, said that they had sent it, but refused to sign the claim for acceptance. Until the moment of our departure from the hotel, there was no response to the claim from the central office.

We received and receive only one answer to all our comments everywhere: Pegasus has nothing to do with it, the airline is to blame ... Pegasus has nothing to do with it, the hotel is to blame ... My dear Pegasus, is it not for whether we paid you money so that all problems with the airline and Did you choose the hotel? Have you even read the Federal Law “On the Basics of Tourism in the Russian Federation”?! There, in article 9, the following interesting words are written:

The tour operator shall be liable under the legislation of the Russian Federation to the tourist and (or) another customer for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under the contract for the sale of a tourist product (including for failure to provide or improper provision of services included in the tourist product to tourists, regardless of who should services were or were being provided).

The tour operator is responsible to tourists or other customers for the actions (inaction) of third parties ...

Dear tourists, I don’t know about you, but I, right up to the court, will demand a refund for the day on which the service was actually paid, but there was practically no compensation for moral damage for the spoiled vacation.

Until we defend our rights and defend our interests, such parasites as the employees of Pegas Touristik LLC and others like them will profit at our expense and even wag our nerves for our own money. DO NOT FLY WITH PEGASAS!!!
