I repeat again!!!!! NEVER!!!!!
My husband and I were spoiled for the holidays in March 2011!!!!!
We paid 70.000 thousand for 4 days in Spain!
Brought, even before the deadline, documents for visas!!!
Paid the entire cost of the trip!
We decided to relax, and here we are! Please!!!
The unfinished tour operator Evgenia just ruined our trip.
Because I didn’t buy tickets on time and didn’t even submit our documents to the embassy for visas !!!!!!!!!!!!!
And 6 days before departure, she told us that we would not be able to go to Spain, as the prices for air tickets had been raised a lot! And she said that for the tickets we have to pay ANOTHER 950 EURO!!!!!!!!!!
Like, it's not her fault!
AHA! Certainly! And the fact that her documents lay in a box for a week and she did not bother to buy tickets in time and !!!!! Submit documents to the embassy WHAT IS THIS CALLED?????!!!!
Of course, she could not offer any replacement!
Naturally, we stayed in the holidays in Moscow!
Nerves to the limit!
Let it all come back to haunt her, to the fullest !!!
