Preparations for our holiday began with the assurance of the travel agency Silva Maris that our holiday at the ski resort in Mayrhofen, Austria, would be pleasant and hassle-free: that the air tickets would be Aeroflot charters, plus the hotel of our choice. We emphasized several times that we do not fly on unknown charters, for which we paid a lot of money to the agency (according to our estimate, about 100% on top of the actual cost of tickets, hotels and transfers) We got worried when the entire package of documents was promised to us just before the chiming clock , those on the 30th-31st. It is clear in advance that at this moment it would be impossible to change or find out anything. On the evening of the 29th, the head of the agency, Nadezhda, assured that everything would be okay, and if not, "people will deal with it."

The result - on the evening of the 30th we received the documents: instead of an Aeroflot charter on January 2 in the morning to Salzburg - a Tatarstan charter in the evening of the 2nd to Munich. Back - also a charter (Yamalo-Nenets !!), from Munich.

Instead of a hotel - apartments (as it turned out later - with a view of the garage). When trying to find out (30.12, ha ha) why all of a sudden such changes - the whole answer was "this is how the tour operator did, we can't change anything, we have nothing to do with it, if you don't want to - don't fly, but no one will return the money"). to the question - but we signed a contract with you ?? - they just hung up and disconnected - they have a vacation!

As a result - the charter "there" was late for 8 !!!!!! hours, flew away at 4 am (we flew with a child), the charter "back" was late for 5 hours. Only the mountains and the weather were good - Silva Maris could not spoil this!
