Good day! I want to tell you how we rested in Sri Lanka with the Russian Express.
They wanted to go to this country purposefully, they liked the exotic, but not very distant, we are with a child. Although our daughter calmly endured both Tai and the Maldives, Sri Lanka beckoned with elephants, tea plantations, and we heard that the flight there is comfortable, even if you fly with connections and there is practically no time difference, acclimatization is minimal.
Why Russian Express? This is our first time traveling with this tour operator. Price! They had the best price, and they confirmed it, and there were no surcharges. We live in the country, it turned out that you can even book a trip on the site! Very convenient, we did not even go to their office. By phone, we were offered not the option that we had chosen initially, but the new Marriott, there was a special offer for it. Agreed. The hotel is good, I will write a separate review about it.
About the Russian Express, I want to note the care of the employees, despite the low price, we did not feel like in a conveyor, everything was clear, our tour was confirmed in a day, they sent us a contract by mail and we paid through the site, by credit card, in a couple of days already documents have been sent. Thank you for this convenience! We had a great rest on the island, as always a couple of days were not enough, and we decided that we would definitely return in the spring. I liked the hotel, there, if there is a good price, we will definitely not change the tour operator. From good to good - they are not looking for!
