I want to share my experience of traveling with a travel agency. We have been traveling with them for over a year now. So the following trips were perfectly organized by them: 1.) Thailand, Phuket (04/03/14-04/15/14) Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa 4 * 2.) Turkey (07/01/2014 to 07/08/2014) Fame Residence Park 4 * 3.) Cyprus (03.10.14-12.10.14) Nissi Beach Hotel4* 4.) Egypt (25.04.15 -03.04.15) Mirage New Hawaii Resort & Spa 4* 5) Turkey (from 30.06.15-08.07 .15) Kadriye Sarp Otel 3* We are also thinking of booking a tour to Thailand for November, and then for the New Year. As you can see, we can afford to travel quite often. Of course, this year the level of hotels had to be lowered a little due to the large growth in currencies. It just so happens that travel has already become a part of our family life. For all the time of travel, we have encountered a fairly large number of travel agencies and, unfortunately, the realities of our life say that no matter how much money you pay, it is very difficult to get high-quality service.
What, for example, drives the manager of a travel agency when you come to book a tour to the Dominican Republic for 140 thousand, and indifference and indifference are "written" in her eyes and on her face, if only they would leave as soon as possible. And unfortunately it happens oh how often. But, I digress a little. I am not writing a review for this company. Luckily, I found a company that I can trust. In which everything is clear and understandable, where managers never allow themselves to be indifferent or even worse boorish attitude, where the manager is ready to spend 2-3 hours on me, but send us to travel where I want. Where managers accompany me around the clock, like on a trip, as well as before departure. That's what I need for trust. And what could be more important than trust? Especially when you are spending a lot of money. I read the previous review about Turprofi and once again made sure that I chose the agency absolutely correctly.
