After I purchased a coupon on the Biglion website, information appeared that all available coupons were sold, thus. I purchased the last of them available for sale
Phoned the manager of the company, all confirmed. We packed our things, phoned friends and planned the time of our stay in Israel.
The next day it turned out that the tickets allegedly ran out. But there are on the same flight on the same date, in the same hotels, but 4,000 more expensive, because excursion service included.
Thus, they unreasonably refused to provide the service I paid for, forcing me to pay extra money for the same trip.
