September 20, 2013 I signed a contract for booking a tour package to Thailand for 4 people from 12/29/2013 to 01/10/2014. with departure from St. Petersburg. Also, at the request of the manager Stepanova Inna Nikolaevna, I made a 100% payment (so that the tour did not rise in price). My friends did the same (16 more people). The presence of the tour package was shown to us clearly on the computer screen of the travel agency. Stepanova I.N. assured us that the hotel was confirmed and the tour booked and paid for by Biblioglobus tour operator. The carrier is Transaero. Since my husband could take a vacation only by informing the management in advance of the exact dates, I repeatedly warned Stepanova I.N. about this.
To which, Stapanova issued me an application for booking a tour and assured me that, since the prepayment was made 100%, the price and date of the tour would not change. When we called Biblioglobus, it turned out that the application under this number does not exist. To which Stepanova replied that this was an internal number, and since the tour is a group tour (20 people in total), the booking is different than a regular tour. Within 3 months, my friends and I repeatedly contacted the Boomerang travel agency in the office and by phone to Stepanova I.N. and were interested in the state of our tour. Stepanova assured us that everything was in order until we applied for documents for departure. She told one of us that the tour had risen in price by 50,000 rubles. The airline has raised ticket prices.
Upon learning that we consulted with Transaero and we know that this is not true, Stepanova admitted that she had not booked these tours for us at all, because there were none at such a price (What did she show on the computer display?), And she hoped that what they will be (which I did not consider it necessary to report). It is not clear on what basis they took 100% payment from us. As a result, I was promised a refund. At the appointed time, I was told that there was no money, “COME TOMORROW”.
But when I started calling TV, the money magically appeared. As a result, 4 people They flew from Moscow, from 01/02/2014 (to Moscow at their own expense). 12 people 07.01.2014 (Constantly calling Pegasus to find out if the money was transferred for them, and they were transferred in parts and with a delay). My husband could not fly at all (the trip was timed to coincide with the anniversary of the 20th wedding anniversary), and I bought a tour with my children from another travel agency. Considering that tours for the New Year cost 4.
5 times more expensive than the following days, draw your own conclusions!!! Be careful, these people are very good artists. Check the application number with the tour operator!!! If such information is not given, then there is something to hide !!! Hope my review helps someone.
