I've read only negative reviews, but I want to refute some of them. Speed: 15 minutes after the application, I already received an answer by mail and they called me, they said that yes, everything is there. They named the price, sent a list of documents. I asked for a contract, they didn’t send it, this is the biggest mistake of the company, more on that below.

You can pay by bank transfer, they have cash or a card in their office - convenient. I paid 50% and began to prepare documents for a visa - this was a manager’s mistake, obvious unprofessionalism, if, for example, Alexander, who deals with visas, answered my questions, there would be fewer problems. I’m Yip, but I could take a certificate from work, if I took it right away, I wouldn’t have to go a second time.

Cons, in my opinion, only the human factor - the manager is unprofessional, but instead of answering "I don't know", he is misleading, thereby causing mistrust and sowing doubts - until the last day I doubted at all whether we would fly away on vacation!

So, minus the first one, I asked, I’m Ip, but I can get a certificate from work, I didn’t want to do this, but if there are difficulties with visas for Ip, I’d better go for help. They said, do it on Ip. I brought all the documents, it turned out to be a problem - the visa manager Natalia, immediately warned that there could be problems, we talked, the next day she brought other documents. Alexander accepted, it turned out that nothing had been done on the application, he did not comment, but it was clear. They quickly filled out everything, signed it, he answered all the questions.

The second and main minus is that there are such fines in the contract, which is bad, my lawyers said that as many as 7 regulations were violated!

I asked about travel cancellation insurance, which for some reason was not included, but I was not asked. I asked her to turn it on, the manager replied that it was impossible. I say, then we are not going anywhere with you, return the money, the manager says, it is impossible, because according to the contract, in case of refusal, penalties such as the same 50 or 75% of the contract. Naturally, I tensed up, I read the contract, it states that if the refusal is less than 4 days, then 100% loss of funds. And I tell the manager, and you probably give the documents on the last day. Here she is, instead of saying yes on the last day, she says no, what are you. We have plenty of time, if the visa is not ready, we will find out in advance. This was her main mistake. I feel sorry for her, I called her every day, after the date indicated by the visa manager (by the way, neither Natalia nor Alexander commented on the work of the young lady, but her mistakes were visible), but they said about them that they were not aware of the type. ..

The girl broke down four days before our flight and practically yelled at me into the phone. Conversations are recorded - the management has a reason to check. She said not to call again and wait for a call. I waited until Thursday evening, on Thursday Dmitry said, if we didn’t call, wait for a call, no one called, and on Friday before departure I called again, Alexander answered, apparently the same visa manager, said that the documents can be picked up, which is strange , on Wednesday he himself put a mark that everything was ready, but "apparently the computer system did not change" (again covers the mistakes of others?), And I have a "dialback" in the file.

In short, advice to tourists, call. Read the contract before the first payment.

Another problem with a travel agent, not an operator and a package tour - everything is packaged and does not change. I asked when the return flight is at 19-30. I am flying with a small child, can we stay in the room until leaving for the airport.

The answer is the same manager, yes, until the evening of 17.08 you can be all inclusive. Already here, in Spain, our guide said that at 10 am you need to leave the room, where can I go with a three-year-old child !!!

The guide doesn't care, she doesn't want to deal with us. At the reception they said that not at 10, but at 12. And that perhaps my problem could be solved for 30 euros on 16.08 ... We are waiting, sir. But this is already for the work of the tour operator, and not "I want to go on vacation."
