One day tour to Lappearanta on August 16 purchased directly on the bus. 49 people. Guide Efimova Lyudmila collected money from everyone and did not issue documents on payment and contracts. Also, they were not issued on urgent demand. At the Pionerskaya metro station, they waited for a late passenger for 15 minutes because of the guide, they left half an hour late. The excursion program was limited to a short story of the guide before crossing the border about the history of the country in its own peculiar interpretation and advertising of goods in Finnish stores.
