Not the first time I flew with this company, the tours were arranged in different offices. This time we arranged a tour to Babushkinskaya metro station. We took a tour by early booking 3 months in advance to Cyprus. Paid right away. The manager was Levakova Daria. After paying, they came to the office several times, Daria was not there. As it turned out, she went on maternity leave and we were not transferred to another manager, they sent us from one to another. Every time we talked to different people. A week before departure, we got to Aksenov Sergey, he did not introduce himself and we did not know that it was the head of the department at Babushkinskaya metro station. They came for tickets, he said that they are not yet available and will be the day before departure. We asked to see when the flight would be, he said that at night it did not suit us, but we did not hear any information from him about the flight correction. The day before departure, we find out that we lose 2 days in flights!
We call the office and find out that we should have been warned that there is a flight adjustment that we pay for and choose the departure hours ourselves. It could be corrected in a week, but not later. The girl from the office tried to help, but it was too late. They told me to contact the head of the office, later it turned out that we were with him a week before departure and he did not say a word about this service! The tour was for 8 days, we didn’t know about a charter flight that it was possible to lose vacation days on it, no one warned us. As a result, the mood was spoiled, I didn’t want to fly, they tried to return the money, it’s also impossible. It's a pity that such incompetent managers work in this office. Not to mention the head of the department at Babushkinskaya metro station! Information about this incident reached him, he denies that he did not inform about the adjustment, but what else remains for him to say.
