The choice fell on this travel agency because of a fairly significant discount on tours.
At the beginning of the summer of 2015, we purchased a ticket to Cyprus. On the same day, an employee of the company Yana called us and said that everything was fine, the hotel was confirmed, closer to the start of the holiday they would contact you, send a package of documents, etc.
The most interesting thing began a week before departure ..
Tickets, visas, vouchers never came, and we decided to call the travel agency to find out when, when they would send us our cherished vouchers to the country of paradise.
There we were "footballed" for 2 days, they say, "the employee who arranged the tour for you is not now, and we do not have her password, so we will call you back." "Plus" for the organization of work +++.
On the 3rd day, the gene himself called. director and stunned us with the news that:
- our hotel has not been confirmed,
- therefore, we were removed from the flight,
- therefore, there are no more tickets for this flight.
At the same time, the most relish is that the hotel rejected the already allegedly confirmed reservation (!!
) 2 weeks before departure (which in itself is fanaticism. People who have worked or traveled with Biblio-Globus nod their heads in the affirmative).
But the attentive employees of this travel agency did not attach any importance to this unimportant event. Just think, they removed the tourists from the hotel, well, they’ll rest in the garden on potatoes, what’s there :)
We were given 2 options to choose from: a refund or a selection of another tour.
Naturally, we chose the second option, since canceling the vacation was not part of our plans. Caring and concerned managers of the company furiously tried to shove us unique, one hundred percent options, with a more detailed study of which the hair stood on end and the last drops of faith in this travel agency faded away.
Personally, our vacation was saved by the fact that my girlfriend herself worked in a travel agency, so she knew all the hotels by heart and managed to get along with the shits on a more or less worthy option.
As a result, we left to rest 1 day later.
In general, we had a decent rest.
In summary, if your nerves are dear to you, then you should not take risks. An extra couple of thousand rubles will not make the weather. Contact directly the tour operators or trusted travel agencies.
