Hello everybody!

I have a review about "TUI" ki)))

I decided for the experiment to take a ticket to a good one (according to the reviews of acquaintances, according to personal knowledge from the expanses of the world wide web as a company with "European standards" and all that).

I came to the AVIAPARK shopping center, specifically asked if you were franchising or “real”. Everything is beautiful, everything is super, everything is as it should be!

Everyone has chosen, the contract has been concluded! And .... I found that the departure dates on the vouchers (upon receipt) do not coincide with the departure date under the previously purchased contract:

By agreement: 14-29.10.19

By vouchers: 15-29.10.19!!!!

Not only is it a day less, but the flight is the next day. Those. if I came by the date on the voucher to the airport, I could be “deployed”!

No one told me about the error! Did not call!

I call the "call center" they answer call where they bought it, I call Aviapark: they say almost giggling, they say this is the first time for us and all that ....

"..first time!" and if I hadn't paid attention to the dates?: goodbye money! Vacation!!

I call back to the "call center" after nine they do not pick up the phone - I checked 100% !!!

Stress! Headache!!

I didn't want to start my vacation with such emotions!

Who made out a ticket for me (all contacts, correspondence are there) says they say the error will be re-booked, I come to their office there they pretend that they don’t know anything about the new booking ....

I agreed on the date which they issued and how it was ....

P.S. Eh ... vacation should not begin with such emotions. No one even apologized to me until I told them (begged for it)) Even for their small "jambs", small travel agencies-intermediaries provided some kind of bonuses: free taxis, places of increased comfort on the plane, etc. So that the "name", "brand" for some time do not justify themselves. I hope you don't have this.
