Do not go to Lanta tour voyage !!!!!!!

Dear gentlemen tourists. I appeal to you with an appeal: NEVER do business with the tour operator CJSC "Lanta Tour Voyage" !!!!!!!

So in order:

My wife and I purchased a tour to Cuba for 14 days from the tour operator Lanta-Tour.

Hotel Barlovento 4*, Varadero.

On November 11, we arrived safely at Varadero airport with a delay of almost 3 hours. Were met by a representative of the meeting side of the company "Havana tour".

After waiting for our two drunken tourists for almost an hour, we were taken to the hotels. What is typical guide with us for some reason did not go.

Halfway to Varadero, they picked up some man who introduced himself as a guide.

The two of us were dropped off near our hotel and the bus left immediately, the guide did not even bother to reach the reception.

The first unpleasant surprise awaited us at the hotel reception: OUR ROOM WAS NOT PAID!!!!!!

They agreed to settle us only after we paid 120 euros for the room.

They settled us, apparently in retaliation for not paying for the room in a nightmarish room:

- at the entrance to the room, the first thing we stumbled upon was a huge spider, the size of a large saucer !!!

- the room was given on the ground floor - damp, one of the beds is broken, the shower didn't work, the toilet seat is broken, there is rust everywhere in the bathroom...

They flatly refused to move to another room.

After checking in, they tried to call the local representatives of Lanta-tour by the numbers indicated in the memo - not a single phone worked !!! they didn't just pick up the phone, but it didn't work... the numbers were blocked!!!!

An attempt to get through to Moscow on the round-the-clock number of the tour operator did not lead to anything !!!! no one answered the phone!!!

After waiting for 9-00 in the morning Moscow time (which is 1-00 Cuban time), they called Lanta Tour:

after 10 minutes of transferring from one number to another, we managed to talk with the girl Olga - who, without apologizing to us, promised to sort everything out ...

The result of her deliberations was only the arrival of the guide in the morning to our hotel ...

After 2 hours of negotiations, we managed to change the room to a normal one...

From the guide and the girl Olga, we received promises that the payment would be right here tomorrow ...

(November 12-13 when this happened - it's Saturday and Sunday - and therefore the payment simply physically could not go through at that time).

The next day at lunchtime, we discovered that the door of our room did not open, it turned out that the hotel registered our electronic key only for a day ... an hour of disputes of calls to Moscow and we are extending the key for another day ...

As a result: the payment was made only on November 16: for 5 days every day at 12-00 they argued with the reception so that we could extend the key for another day!!!

The guide appeared only on November 17 for 5 minutes!!!! No apologies whatsoever!!!

Result: 5 sleepless nights with calls to the tour operator, rudeness of the guide and tour operator's employees!!!

Spoiled holiday!!!!

When trying to get a letter from the hotel describing our ordeals, they could not achieve anything !!!

the guide fed breakfast for 3 days after which he announced to us that he no longer works in this company, but represents another tour operator "Coral Travel" ...

And finally, on the day of departure, the bus for us came TWO HOURS later than scheduled!!! we left for the airport early without waiting for the bus!!!! we spent our money with a paid transfer ... and then the guide called us reproachfully and asked why we left without waiting for the bus ... the bus arrived at the airport as a result 30 minutes before the end of registration ... where the Lanta tourists were sitting on the plane tour is probably not necessary to say ...

And a few more words: we spent almost 6,000 rubles on negotiations with Moscow and Havana ... a minute of conversation on a mobile phone cost us 79 rubles there!!!

THE GUIDE'S NAME ORESTAS!!!! now coral travel tourists will suffer with it !!!

AND AGAIN: NEVER EVER USE THE SERVICES OF THE TOUR OPERATOR "LANTA TOUR VOYAGE"!!!!!!!
