On 10/28/2020, an agreement No. 903_24663 was concluded in Turskidki (or, as it is written in the agreement, this is not Turskidki, but MTK LLC).
We bought a ticket to Cuba (total amount of 298 thousand rubles), the flight was postponed three times and then canceled completely. The Travel Agency returned only part of the amount (minus 16,390 rubles for the "consulting" services they provided and minus 1% for transferring us to a bank account, although they accepted cash at the office, to some incomprehensible terminal), and their bank terminals were turned off, it is not possible to pay by card.
In total, the trip did not take place through no fault of ours, only 278,794 rubles were returned. and minus the spent vacation, tk. no one will return the time.
We flew to rest through this "office" for more than 10 years, now there is not a foot there, I will also contact the Federal Agency for Tourism and Rospotrebnadzor, let them deal with this sharashka office.
