We would like to share our negative experience with the travel agency "I want to go on vacation" (LLC "HVO"). This is not the first time we have been flying abroad on vacation with a large company. Used the services of various agencies and tour operators. And never met such a boorish attitude towards tourists. So this time, going to rest in Turkey in August, we turned to the agency "I want to go on vacation." At first we liked everything. Manager Vasily offered us several options (hotels) for recreation. Even picked up the most suitable time of arrival and departure for us. After all, everyone understands that this is one of the important moments when departing for a vacation, because. the day of arrival and the day of departure are considered rest days. We chose to fly out of Moscow at 5.50 so we didn't waste a full day of our holiday. This time was discussed with the manager by phone and, accordingly, when booking the tour directly. But the day before departure, we received electronic tickets.
… And what was our surprise when we saw the time of departure from Moscow at 16.50!!!
Naturally, no one could change the tickets for us, because. there were no flights. Moreover, there were 6 of us. We would not argue if, for some objective reason, the tour operator postponed our flight. But, firstly, the tour operator did not transfer the flight, we checked this (the tour operator "Sanmar"), they confirmed to us that tickets were originally booked for us at 16.50.
But the most outrageous thing is that in the travel agency “I want to go on vacation”, Vasily’s manager and director Dmitry claim that WE ourselves wanted to fly on this flight, that we were apparently not in our right mind. Although we booked and paid for tours together, we do not suffer from insanity yet. They did not even consider it necessary to apologize to us and somehow compensate us for the missing day of vacation.
Thus, a WHOLE day of vacation was stolen from us, which, of course, did not improve our mood.
Recommendations to everyone who is going on vacation with this agency, take a voice recorder with you or ask for a written record of your preliminary agreements on the hotel and departure time. By the way, this agency categorically refuses to formalize the departure agreement in writing. They explain this by the fact that the tour operator can change the conditions. So we don't argue with it. But, in any case, you will not be considered a senile who himself does not remember what he pays money for.
Better yet, use the services of other agencies, because there are so many of them now. And there are those among them who respect the client.
By the way, electronic tickets are sent immediately after the confirmation of the tour. And if "I want to go on vacation" would have done the same, then we would have noticed their mistake right away, and perhaps we would still have time to change everything.
