Please pay attention to this review. The company at every opportunity boasts that it has been operating since 2004, but this is absolutely not an indicator of its responsible attitude towards customers!
We came to book a tour to Greece with them on September 2, 2017. Made an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the tour (including visa costs). Provided a full package of documents for a visa. I clarified the question - will the fact that we pay the full cost for the tour BEFORE September 17 affect the deadline for submitting documents to the Embassy, because. IS IT CONVENIENT TO DO THIS IN ADVANCE? The manager (Osipov V.Yu.) replied: "No, they won't. You can safely pay before September 17, we will apply for a visa if the reservation is confirmed."
On September 4, the booking was confirmed, however, when signing the visa application form at the Embassy, the visa manager "I want to go on vacation!
"categorically demanded full payment for the tour, otherwise they would not take the documents to the Embassy (until September 17). The same was confirmed by the director-cashier-manager-owner in one person Georgy (did not give his last name). To my question: "How so, we clarified this issue on 09/02/17 - we were told completely different information!" (which can be confirmed by the second tourist with whom we approached to book)!
Employees of the travel agency began to apologize, then make excuses, then say that "I misunderstood everything."
After asking for the return of the prepayment, I was told that they would return the money only after all the expenses incurred by the tour operator were calculated! What expenses can be, the manager refused to explain! During this conversation, I was driven to a nervous breakdown! Confidence in this office has been completely lost!
In order not to lose money, I had to pay the full cost of the tour on the same day!
However, we are waiting for more "surprises" from this office, which has been operating since 2004!
It was important for us to find a travel agency (tour operator) that will behave responsibly towards tourists and will not allow false information that is essential for the client! That's what we agreed to before signing the contract on September 2!
Received - complete disrespect, lies and spoiled mood! Immediately after making an advance payment, they "forget" about the agreements given to the client, and also begin to be rude!
More in this organization - no foot! We advise you to apply here only to employees of an organization that exercises supervision in the field of consumer services!
