On September 19, 2010, together with my mother, we flew to Tunisia. The tour was bought in Vladivostok about a month before the trip. We had to receive documents before departure at the airport. But 3 hours before departure, it turned out at the counter that our documents were not and would not be. The rude young man could not clearly explain the reason. Instead of apologies and at least some attempts to help, he offered to fly just like that and literally turned his back. If the absence of a ticket can be safely endured, the absence of a hotel voucher creates moral inconvenience for us and problems for the host staff, then the absence of medical insurance is rudeness, disregard for tourists and a very real chance to get a lawsuit for the agency. We went on excursions, spent a long time in the sun. At any moment, the absence of one piece of paper could become fraught both for us, tourists, and for those who treated their work this way.

The question is, is this common practice? And how do tourists feel about the fact that they spit in their face for their own money?

I have no complaints about the people who met us, saw us off, took us on excursions. They all left a good impression, but I rate the work of the agency as a solid two. We probably won't be using Coral's services again.
