Hello. Trip from August 23 - 30, 2013. Corfu (Greece) We contacted the TUI agency (June Mytishchi shopping center). When ordering, the manager Oksana promised us a room with a sea view, our friends a bungalow. Flight Aegean Airlines. As a result, we get a room with a view of the laundry room, friends get a room next door with the same view. The flight is carried out by Taimyr Airlines Nordstar (as you understand, the planes are far from fresh). It would seem, why didn’t we see the deception before departure? The fact is that the documents (visa, accommodation sheet, air ticket insurance, etc.) were issued to us in the evening before departure, and the documents were received at another TUI agency (Fregat shopping center Mytishchi), respectively, by another manager, with whom we can’t argue there was no point.
Nothing was specifically spelled out in the contract with the travel agent (the contract for the sale of services was concluded with Latur LLC, director Poom Inna Alexandrovna), and when examining the documents received, they revealed another “inaccuracy”, in fact, TUI (tour operator) has nothing to do with our the trip does not, and Beleon Tours did all the work with us (we have no complaints about them), but why, given the presence of TUI at the hotel and employees at the airport in Greece, we were served by a third-party company, raises the question.
