The inaction of the guide Igor and the tour operator Aneks tour (contacted the local office). Then we were left to ourselves (I remind you that according to the law, the tour operator is responsible for us). Transfer and further accommodation fell on our shoulders (if there is no money in excess of what was planned, get ready to find it in order to at least get to the Russian consulate in New Delhi. The guide was notified of the location, but no one else was looking for us, the problem was not dealt with , I didn’t take it back to the plane, and in general they frankly spat on us.
