New Year's Eve ruined!

We bought a tour from this company because it was recommended as the best in the Czech Republic. Met, sent, met again, now in Prague and settled without comment. Excellent tour guides! It so happened that on 4 excursions we got to two guides (coincidence: two excursions each). Unfortunately, we did not recognize the names, but if it is interesting for the management of the company, then this is Natalia, with a beautiful engraving "P" and Vladimir, with a gray beard. Special thanks to them.

Well, now for the trouble. The meeting of the New Year 2014 was completely ruined. Firstly, it was stated that everything is inclusive, except for hard liquor. Secondly, that there will be an interesting entertainment program (this was recorded in the evening's program). They brought us to a restaurant (a group of 26 people, all Russians) and left us alone at 19:00 - why so early?! No one was waiting for us at the restaurant. They put on a mug of beer and said: "You won't get anything else."

After long, persistent squabbles and trials, it turned out that dry wine was still allowed in unlimited quantities, but meanwhile there were no snacks. From the extensive entertainment program - an accordionist, who did his best in all three halls. People came with children dressed up in anticipation of a meeting with Santa Claus, games, recreation, and in response - an accordion and a boring, primitive disco and the one on the floor above. At 22:00 the senior manager of the restaurant appeared and complained to her. They immediately began to bring cold appetizers, fruits, even the most elementary tangerines and apples were not available at all, and then served hot. But we have been drinking beer and wine for more than two hours, and some of us have no time for snacks. The restaurant left immediately after 24 hours Czech time.

Well, a minor, but still annoyance on the day of departure. Departure to the airport is scheduled for 16-40, at 16-30 arrived at the reception with a suitcase - no one. At 17-30 they began to worry, they called the duty officer.

Half an hour later, he (the duty manager of the company) reported that due to the unification of two flights, the departure was postponed to 18-50. Could it really have been foreseen and prevented in advance.

These are the negative points that spoiled the overall positive trip. Probably won't do business with this company again.
