I took one - on May 14 - Knossos Palace + winery + Heraklion

I paid 52 euros (48 euros for the guide and 6 euros for the entrance to the Palace, which I was not warned about)

As a result, we flew out only about 24 hours instead of 18

They flew extremely inconveniently with the Utair airline - from Moscow at 14 o'clock and were at the hotel only at 18 local time That is, despite the fact that payment was made from May 12 all day, there was no breakfast and dinner

Departure from the hotel was at 12 o'clock on May 19, transfer at 15-25, lunch at the hotel was not allowed. The plane was preliminarily at 18 o'clock. This is all extremely inconvenient

The airline itself is not much worse than Transaero in terms of service, for example

But the planes are old

And of course this situation with a delay spoiled the impression

Maybe you need to look for more options for airlines and offer them to tourists

Documents in the office were given to me in a few days

I paid part immediately, and part of the money after 2 weeks (counted at the euro rate, and it turned out only 100 rubles more expensive)

It is possible that I will use the services of the company again, but I certainly will not fly in the afternoon and in the evening and from Domodedovo))
