At the end of June, I bought a 10-day package tour from Selena Tour with a vacation on the Greek coast in the village of Platamonas. The price was about 6300 UAH, included breakfast and dinner, excursions to the castles of Bran and Peles, a sightseeing tour of Brasov (Romania) and Sofia.
From the first minute, I was captivated by the attentive attitude to the client's problem - after listening to my concern about the night crossing (I have health problems), they kindly offered me the entire last row of the bus, since only 23 people were traveling.
I didn’t have a couple to share, but they didn’t ask for any additional payment for a hotel room. The staff of the host with knowledge of the matter, but without imposing, told about all the excursions, kindly offered to visit their office and have a cup of coffee :)
Superbly selected guides along the route, in Brasov excursions were conducted by the boss of the Romanian guides himself - TALE!
On the way back, the escort carefully listened to the feedback of each traveler and wrote down the wishes.
