I flew through this travel agency 2 times, to Abu Dhabi and to Cyprus with my husband and son. In principle, I was satisfied with everything. True, from the very beginning, they mistakenly sold my paid tour to Abu Dhabi to another client, but the issue was resolved in time. This year I wanted to fly through them to Cyprus or Spain, I called the office and talked with the manager Yulia. Julia gave consultations, but very intrusively invited me to come directly to the office to choose a tour. In the end, I chose Spain and a hotel that I know very well and have been to many times. At that time, I was not satisfied with this company that if I pay with a card, they charge an additional 2%, i.e. the tour was more expensive. And I said that I have another option where I can purchase not only a little cheaper, since I am a regular customer in a different form, and they do not charge this percentage when paying by card.
After that, they called me and said that if I arrive on that very day and precisely before 18.00 (and they called me at 16.00), then they would not take this percentage from me when paying by card. Those. in 2 hours, I had to urgently find a large amount of money and rush to them to pay for the tour, of course, I did not.
And so, now I am planning to fly to Dubai, with the whole family and my sister and husband and 2 children (it turns out a good tour). I called, I was consulted on prices, offered options. It was a couple of days ago. Today, 09/18/2017, I called again to clarify, and was ready to drive up to purchase, to which the same manager Yulia, with whom I had previously communicated, reproached me that I often call, consult and do not buy tours from them. This is fine???
That time, indeed, I did not purchase a tour to Spain from them, for the reasons explained, that I was not satisfied with their conditions with payment with interest, and moreover, with the conditions when and at what time I should drive up to them. Now I can firmly say that the tour company has lost a client, yes, who does not buy tickets from them so often, but buys, and flew through them 2 times and planned to do this further. I have every right to call and get advice on the prices of tours that interest me, and moreover, compare these prices with other options and choose the most optimal one for myself. Therefore, I do not understand the claims and reproaches from the manager Yulia, who does not appreciate her clients at all. I hope this review will reach the management and make the appropriate conclusions about the employees.
