I bought a ski tour from Danko. The return flight from Turin to Moscow on January 11, 2014 (flight number U6-3544 to Domodedovo) turned out to be a real shame for Danko and Ural Airlines. During registration, a group of citizens approached one of the counters without a queue. They were led by a lady who told the dumbfounded passengers that she and her companions (her mother, daughter and some other persons in total about a dozen people) had business class tickets, and that she was the owner of the Danko travel agency, and therefore she has special rights. They de have the right to register without a queue. Not at all embarrassed, the lady added that she did not have time to queue, because she was arranging taxi-free! At the same time, there was no business class on this charter flight (and, accordingly, there was no business class counter either and could not be) - this was a real lie. The protests of polite passengers were ignored. There was confusion. There was a problem with the registration system.
The flight was rescheduled for an hour. Among other things, they forgot to load food on the plane, and the passengers were left without lunch. I would like to address the lady owner of Danko, as well as the owners of Ural Airlines. You may not be in a service business. And I hope the market will soon dump your businesses in the trash. Such outright rudeness is astonishing!
