The first unpleasant case - the manager cannot accurately indicate the address where the office is located.
The second - due to the lack of organization and lack of professionalism of the manager, we had to redo the documents so that all the dates matched. Because of this, the date of submission of documents for a visa shifted, we had to personally go to Kyiv to the visa center, and we received passports at the airport almost before departure.
The third trouble - we said we want to relax in a place where there is a good transport interchange and you can get to interesting places yourself. But we ended up in the village of Gouves. To go only by excursion, the road takes at least 1.5 hours. It is not possible to get anywhere by ourselves only by car, which did not suit us.
Even the worst and cheapest room was registered in the contract, and the manager convinced us that the room with excellent conditions and not a basement. We couldn't change the number because all the rooms were occupied. Were in Diogenis Palace 4 *.
We didn't get the vacation we wanted.

Так как Ваш отдых был несколько месяцев назад, нам было тяжело найти архив информации по вашему туру. Однако мы нашли всю информацию и действительно все ваши замечания соответствуют действительности.Менеджер не очень качественно выбрала отель для отдыха о котором Вы говорили выше.Также был ряд сложностей с визовой поддержкой, мы постарались сделать для Вас данный процесс максимально комфортным, но ошибки конечно присутствовали. Хотим отметить, что визы по данному туру вышли из консульства со статусом "ок".
