Couldn't get my money back!!! Deception and rudeness

We were looking for a tour to Asia for the new year. Contact the named agency. We chose a tour, quite expensive, because. it's still a new year. Manager Olesya clarified that the air carrier may request a small surcharge, you need to pay 50% now to book the tour, and wait for confirmation for several days. We paid half as needed - 121,000, three days later we received an answer that we need an additional payment of 40,000 (!) Per person plus the full cost of the tour! Manager Olesya knew about such surcharges. Her task was to get the money to the agency, then it doesn’t matter. Can be rolled out for a fee. They wrote an application for a refund, they promised to return them the next day by transfer to the card, which did not happen within a week ... then we started asking for a payment. because we found a tour where a competent manager told us in advance about all the surcharges and found a normal option.

We thought that the money was hanging between the banks, as it happens, but the next 10 days showed us that no one even thought to transfer the money, so the payment order does not exist. Each time the manager Olesya answered our calls that she didn’t remember us at all, she answered in a boorish way, promised to check with the accounting department and call back, of course, she didn’t call back. They pulled in every possible way with the payment, perfectly frayed the nerves.

We saw the money only after 3 weeks, threatening to come with the police.
