I do not recommend!

I purchased a tour through the Scarlet Sails travel agency, located at the address: Nagatinskaya, 35. On August 20, 2014, I brought a claim (complaint) to the company's office for a tour through the Coral Travel tour operator. I called back a week later, and they told me that I would have to wait 3 months for an answer. I called after 3 months, the whole day verbally and via e-mail I corresponded on my claim. At the end of the day, they sent me a response, which the travel agency received on August 24, 2014. I.e. at the time when I called in August, the agency had already received a response. The answer of the tour operator "Coral Travel" did not suit me. Travel agent Artamonov Alexei Borisovich did not answer all my questions, incl. why I was not sent a response from the tour operator, and wrote letters, incl. inappropriate and inappropriate content. For example: "That's all for today. I don't accept any more claims." When I asked for a call back from the director of the agency, he replied in writing: "You don't need to call the director back."

I do not recommend contacting this agency for a tour! October 29, 2014
