We bought through Sunrise (office on Babushkinskaya, Alexander's agent) a ticket to Egypt. Coral Travel operator. Upon arrival at Sharm El Sheikh airport, no luggage was found. After a short investigation, it turned out that our suitcase did not fly out of Moscow (hello to Ural Airlines). Wrote a statement at the airport. Agent Alexandra was notified, who promised to help in case of problems and difficulties. We received a promise that in the same evening, maximum the next morning, get our suitcase to the hotel. But in the evening, nor in the morning of the next day, the suitcase did not arrive. We could not get either from Koral or from Sunrise in the person of Alexandra at least information about whether our suitcase was found in Moscow and whether they were looking for it at all. In general, the first 2 days of rest down the drain. After wandering around the hotel in jeans in 30 degrees, spending unplanned funds on essentials and bathing suits, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

It turned out that no one in Moscow was looking for our suitcase until we ourselves called the airline. In 5 minutes, according to the description at Domodedovo airport, they found the luggage and sent it on the first flight. 1 call to the airline and to the airport - this complex operation was beyond the power of the powerful Coral and the experienced Alexandra from Sunrise Tour. So. having spent money on negotiations with Moscow and a taxi to the airport in Sharm (we went for luggage ourselves, no one delivered it to the hotel), we received a suitcase. What were very happy and only thanks to their actions. More from our travel agencies no answer, no greetings. No apologies, of course.
