Do not use this company!!! Head - Ekaterina Krasavchikova. Office at m. Pionerskaya, Kolomyazhsky prospect. Our money was simply used, but we were never sent on vacation! We bought a tour for half a year, for an early booking promotion, paid the full cost. Nobody called us and did not inform us about our trip, each time we called ourselves and they told us that everything was fine, everything was ready, and a week before departure they said - unfortunately your tour was canceled, due to the reorganization of our company, as it turned out, they periodically such reorganizations happen. They couldn’t offer us an adequate vacation in return, we took our money with scandals and were able to buy only 10 days of vacation with this money, instead of 15, which we paid half a year ago, we didn’t get any compensation, okay, at least they returned this money . We will never use this unfortunate company again!

We spent a lot of money, nerves because of them, even with a small child in our arms we dangled to them (((
