We bought a ticket from the TUI toroperator.

07/07/19 My husband and I flew to Tunisia. Representatives of Tui met us at the airport, looked at our ticket (voucher) and sent us to the bus. Before departure from Moscow and at the meeting at the airport, we were not informed that we were being taken to another city in Tunisia and to another hotel, not the one stated in the ticket. I bought a tour to the Riadh club 3 * hotel (Nabeul city). They brought us to the city of Hammamet to the gates of the hotel without any signs (there was no name on the hotel, at the entrance to the hotel, or at the reception). The representative of Tui, who accompanied us on the bus, said that this was the Bahia beach hotel, left us and left. We were abandoned in a hotel with no name. It was not possible to contact Tui's Moscow representative office that same evening.

They put us in a dirty room 236 (black hair on the floor, on the pillow, towels not washed, signs of use are visible), there is no light in the corridor, cigarette butts are lying on the floors and in the hall; line for hot dishes for 30-40 minutes, safes in the lobby are broken, the beach is 250-300 meters from the hotel, dirty, you need to walk around the city, the beach is municipal, there are a lot of locals who wash their things right on the beach and cook food in pots).

The next day, 07/08/19, I contacted Tui's foreign tourist support service. I called 5 times during the day (from 11.00 to 15.00), asked to deal with the situation and return my family to the hotel where I bought the tour. Tui's employee promised to call back, never did. The representative of Tui at the Asiya hotel said that there were no places in the Riad hotel, although I had previously booked a tour on the official site of Tui, the reservation was confirmed, the cost of the tour was paid in full in the amount of 100%.

My requests to show the official documents of the hotel, which would indicate which hotel we were settled in, were ignored. Neither Asia nor the hotel staff showed any hotel documents, referring to the fact that this is already the best service in Tunisia. After my indignation about the resettlement, Asia threatened to leave and no longer communicate with us tourists.

Only after the second day of my indignation, requests and calls to the Moscow representative office of Tui, on 07/09/19, Tui's representative Asiya and some other man (he said he is also a representative of Tui) forced me to sign a Receipt on the absence of claims against Tui, otherwise they would leave us at the hotel Bahia Beach and will not be relocated to the Riad. Under the threat of leaving my family in Bahia Beach, I signed this receipt.

Only on 07/09/19 we were moved to the Riad Club hotel, where I originally purchased the tour.

Vacation was ruined!

Don't mess with Tui's tour operator. There are many, many cases like mine!

Tourists quarrel and swear, but Tui works according to a knurled scheme to the detriment of people's rest.
