I would like to share my impression about buying a trip to Italy for June 2013. in the travel agency "I Tour" Manager - Irina.

1. Upon careful reading of the contract, we found that medical insurance is not provided. Although in advance this moment was not specified by the manager. There was a proposal to issue medical insurance for additional money - 1870 rubles for 3 people.

2. An Italian visa was issued through a travel agency. Documents were collected and submitted in advance. The deadline for obtaining a visa was announced on June 10. Since there were delays in issuing visas at the Italian consulate during this period of time, visas were not received at the appointed time. In the following days, the travel agency was called daily, the answer is that visas are not ready, the deadline for receiving is the 14th, we will inform you via SMS. Considering that the departure is on June 15, and there is no answer or greeting from the travel agency, in the middle of the day on June 14 we ourselves call and hear that your visas are ready from June 13.

So why not report it, as promised, and not ruffle the nerves of tourists and ???!!!

3. A similar situation has developed with the receipt of tickets and vouchers. As you know, these documents are issued in the evening on the eve of departure. Until 19 pm, the travel agency did not inform about the possibility of picking up tickets and vouchers, until we ourselves called and found out that the documents could be picked up.

4. They flew back and forth by the plane of the Italian company Livingston (Livingston), during the flight the tourists were not fed, drinks were offered for a lot of money. Since the travel agency did not notify about the lack of food on the plane, it turned out that we were hungry all day until we had dinner at the hotel.

5. Now, as for the host of the tour operator "Versa", with which the travel agency "Ai Tour" works, under the name "Prima Tour". We dropped off at a public transport stop, indicated the direction to the hotel - down the street. We walked the street almost to the end - there is no hotel.

I had to contact the nearest hotel to explain where ours is. It turned out - on the NEIGHBOR STREET. Simply amazing - landed, look for yourself.

6. The conclusion suggests itself - we will no longer apply to the "Ai Tour" travel agency.
