Through this Tour Operator, my sister and son booked a ticket to Greece, my sister did this through an intermediary located in St. Petersburg, and so, having arrived at the airport, we find out that we have changed the airport and departure times, we find out about it at the airport , i.e. no one told us about this in advance, everyone is in the soap and hope that we will have time to move from Vnukovo to Domodedovo, we rush on aeroexpress trains from one airport to another, we arrive in Domodedovo 40 minutes before departure !!!!! But we are not registered for the flight, the representative of the company "Biblio-Globus" Nikita Yakubov did NOTHING !!!! in order to somehow help resolve our situation, business class passengers got on the flight and in 15 minutes, in general, we had to buy tickets for the next day with our own money, it cost us 24 thousand rubles, plus all sorts of transfers to aeroexpresses and taxis, plus the loss of a day's rest, I'm not talking about our morale.

The mediator and tour operator nod at each other and no one wants to take responsibility for this outrage. And with this we will go to court and seek compensation!!! and we will never order anything through this operator again, since such soulless people work there
