like most of the clients of this "wonderful" company, more than three months (July 5) paid for a trip in October to the Dominican Republic. The courier Anton came twice for the money. Everything seems to be fine, but it was necessary to pay attention to the fact that the tour operator is not indicated in the contract, and in extreme cases, there will be no one to turn their claims to. In September, after a hurricane in the Dominican Republic, they still answered the phone in the Florida office and said that everything was fine - we were waiting for October. At the end of September, we called again, we were asked to call back in early October. And since October 5, problems have already begun, all phones are turned off, no answer, no hello. So on October 16, we don’t fly anywhere and no one returned the money to us. We are going to write a statement to the police and to the court.
