From a phone call to the manager on 25.04, I learned that the transfer on 23.04 went through the specified order. Until now (05.05.2012) the money has not been credited to the account. I have not received any clarification on this matter. Sent a complaint to the email address of the Directorate on April 27 - no answer. I call on 02.05 - they say that the manager who worked with me fell ill and that they will find out what's wrong and call back. I waited for a day - silence! I called myself. It's just a miracle: they say that there is no accountant and they will call you back as soon as they find it. What kind of sharashka office is this? They are looking for an accountant for the third day. They promised to pay after the holidays. Lies again! And the money for booking is not small - half the cost of the tour!
How it got me!
I'm preparing a lawsuit.
Why should I call and find out, remind, check if the money was returned, etc.? Isn't that the job of a manager? Or do you think that if I didn't buy the tour, I'm no longer a client? And after that, do you want to continue working with you? I no longer have that desire.
By the way, this is not the first time I have come across the unprofessionalism of the company’s employees (2011 “Journey to the End of the World, Cape North Cape”). Unprofessionalism manifested itself at the stage of preparing the tour: the route was calculated incorrectly, as a result, two days were practically lost. Excursions, with the exception of Oslo and Helsinki, were not organized. But we then drove through Northern Norway! And the manager advised two tourists to go from Moscow to Helsinki by train. But the whole point is that our route to the Nordkapp did not pass through Helsinki. It's good that the people were experienced: they transferred to Helsinki on another train and caught up with us.
There was a great desire to sue and return the cost of the tour. He changed his mind, seeing a sincere desire to improve the situation of our escort and drivers. Yes, thank you very much!
I regret coming again. Thought it was a coincidence. Wrong. As a result, I lost time and I can not return the money.
