Never go online

It's just some kind of nonsense. I am a traveler with experience, but this is the first time I meet. They picked up the tour, called, called, as soon as they paid 90,000 to the office, that’s all, they forgot about us, they didn’t get through, I write letters, they don’t answer. We are flying out tomorrow, there are no documents on hand, there is no passport with a visa either. Great, i.e. you are a "great" company until you get paid, and once the money is transferred, everyone forgets about the service. I asked to clarify the availability of places in the hotel, in order to change one room for 2 different ones. no reply, no hello. Somehow got through 4-5 days later. the head of the department, said that she was aware of the problem and could not change the numbers. My indignation knew no bounds. Firstly, they knew, but they didn’t answer, and secondly, they lasted 4 days, during which time I would have managed to pass the tour and buy a new one, but in the end I was completely disappointed, I didn’t want to go on vacation, and they don’t even give documents.
